  1. Positive psychology, well-being, covitality, socio-emotional health in school and workplace settings, risk-taking in adolescents<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    Research focuses on the application of positive psychology principles in school and workplace settings, analyzing the relationship between organizational climate and psychological well-being of all stakeholders. The development of covitality (emotional competence, engaged living, belief-in-self, and belief-in-others). Factors influencing socio-emotional competencies, building resilience, supporting prosocial behavior, as well as the influence of organizational culture, relationships between actors, and systemic factors on well-being. Simultaneously, risk factors, mechanisms, and consequences of self-harm behavior (non-suicidal self-injury, eating disorders, substance abuse) in adolescents are identified. Emphasis is placed on creating evidence-based programs that support optimal psychological development and preventive strategies.<\/p>

    1. MABEL diagnostic battery and its expansion<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      Research focuses on the adaptation, validation, and expansion of the multilingual diagnostic battery MABEL (Multilingual Assessment Battery of Early Literacy) in the Slovak context. MABEL represents an innovative tool for assessing early literacy skills and related competencies in monolingual, bilingual children, and children acquiring literacy in a language other than their mother tongue. The research includes psychometric validation of instruments, normative studies on the Slovak population, as well as methodological support for school psychologists, speech therapists, and special educators in the inclusive education system.<\/p>

      1. Forgiveness in oncological patients<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        Research examines psychological aspects of forgiveness (self-condemnation, forgiveness of others) in the context of oncological disease and their relationship to psychological well-being, quality of life, and treatment adherence. Mechanisms by which forgiveness contributes to psychological adaptation to illness and improvement of patients’ overall well-being during treatment and in remission are analyzed.<\/p>

        1. Psychological determinants of political orientation across generations<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          Research analyzes the relationship between personality characteristics, temperament, and political orientation in different age cohorts. Multiple personality models (Big Five, HEXACO, Fisher Temperament Inventory, DSM Alternative Model of Personality \u2013 pathological personality traits) are used to identify psychological predictors of political attitudes and their stability or change throughout life. This includes intergenerational comparison.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
